About Public Storage
Public Storage in Houston offers both indoor climate-controlled units and outdoor parking for RVs, boats, and other vehicles. The outdoor spots are uncovered with drive-up access, so you can pull right in. Indoor units come in sizes up to 10x30 and include climate control. Reviewers often mention the staff. Many call them friendly, helpful, and patient, with one person saying they explain everything clearly. The rental process gets praise for being easy and quick. A few people note the facility is clean and access is straightforward, though one reviewer mentioned finicky locks on building doors. Another review described a rodent problem in a climate-controlled unit, so it's worth checking the space yourself. The office is open set hours, not 24/7, and the entrance and parking lot are wheelchair accessible. You can book online and use autopay. If you have questions, stop by or call.
