About Public Storage
This Public Storage on Katy Freeway is a self-storage spot in Houston that also handles vehicle parking, with indoor climate-controlled units in sizes like 10x15 and 10x25. Some units are ground floor, some need the elevator, and one 10x20 option is an outside enclosed space with drive-up access for vehicles. The place is lit and you can get in 24/7. Reviewers often mention the staff. Al and Kevin come up by name for being knowledgeable and courteous, and several people said the moving process was explained clearly. The building gets called clean and well lighted, and a few folks note the location is close to home. One reviewer runs a small business and was glad the pricing stayed affordable as they grew. Not every review is glowing. A later update said maintenance slipped after a manager left and that complaints piled up before anything changed. Worth knowing if tidiness matters to you. Otherwise, most of the 289 ratings land at 4.8 stars.
