About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits on Beachway Dr. on the west side of Indianapolis. It's a self-storage spot that also handles vehicle and boat storage, which is why RV owners end up here. Gate access runs around the clock, so you can pull in after a late trip home. Units range from small 5x5 inside spaces to 10x20 drive-up units outside. The drive-up spots are the ones to ask about if you're parking something with wheels. Reviews mention staff like Mike, Robin, Tim, Beth, and Julia by name, mostly for walking people through units and rates and staying in touch. One reviewer said a manager called after move-in to check the space was right. Others mention the facility stays clean. Not every review is glowing. Some long-term customers have complaints about fees and how they were treated. Worth reading the recent ones yourself before you commit. Reservations can be made online, and there's a kiosk on site.
