About Self-Storage at U-Haul
This U-Haul spot on the east side of Indianapolis handles both self-storage and vehicle storage, with indoor and outdoor options. If you're parking a rig, the outdoor drive-up access makes it easy to pull in and out without a lot of maneuvering. Security comes up in the reviews. One person said the staff took keeping a secure atmosphere seriously, and cameras are part of the setup. Access is available 24/7, and there's climate control for units that need it. A wash is mentioned too, along with boat storage if you're juggling more than one toy. The reviews are few but strong, and they keep landing on the same note: the staff. Reviewers call out Rylin and Rayvon by name for being knowledgeable and going above what was expected. Others just say the staff was very helpful. With a perfect rating across five reviews, the help seems to be the thing people remember.
