About Public Storage
This Kent Public Storage sits among the company's self-storage spots, and it takes RVs and boats along with regular household goods. The property is lit and open around the clock, so you can pull in after dark or early before a trip without watching the clock. The reviews lean heavily on the people. Charisse gets named a lot, and reviewers describe her walking them through signing up instead of pointing them to a screen. Others say staff answered calls and sorted out problems fast. Clean property comes up often too, with one longtime renter calling it the best Public Storage they have used. Reviewers also mention the units themselves staying clean.
