About Public Storage
This Public Storage in Kent offers covered, indoor, and outdoor parking for RVs and boats. It's gated with cameras and lit, and you can get to your rig 24/7 using the app or keypad. The place has a 4.4-star average from 409 Google reviews, and staff like Ron and Nikki get named for being friendly and upfront about costs. But there's a serious catch. Reviewers repeatedly warn about rats. One found two rat holes in their unit, and another called the infestation huge. A couple of people also report units broken into without any surveillance footage provided. Others praise the clean grounds and secure feel, so experiences vary. If you're considering it, read the reviews closely and inspect any unit before you sign. The staff generally get good marks for helpfulness, and the 24/7 access is handy. Just weigh the pest complaints against the convenience. It's worth a visit to see the grounds yourself.
