About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Lacey, Washington, and holds a 4.7-star rating across 274 Google reviews. The reviews land on a few steady themes: new units, a secure facility, and staff who get things done. Max comes up by name more than once, described as friendly and quick to sort out problems. Shelly gets a nod too, for keeping the property clean. One reviewer complained about the switch from Cube Smart to Public Storage and trouble with the app, so the transition was not frictionless for everyone. The site lists wheelchair-accessible entry and parking. Reserving is free with no commitment, and an online eRental option lets you skip the counter on move-in day. Packing supplies are on hand, which reviewers mention paying off during a move. Military-friendly service shows up in the review topics.
