About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Lenexa and rents indoor and drive-up units, including larger bays that fit a boat or vehicle. Some spaces are climate controlled, and access runs 24/7. The office is open set hours rather than around the clock. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff, especially DJ and Angel at the front desk. People describe them as patient and clear about the paperwork, and one renter said they calmed her down when she arrived upset. Several call the whole rental process easy. The rating sits at 4.8 across roughly 470 reviews. Not everyone is happy. One long-term renter said the facility itself is fine but phone calls go to voicemail with no other way to reach anyone. A 10x20 climate-controlled inside unit and a 10x25 drive-up bay are among the options listed. The site is wheelchair accessible. Free reservation with no commitment, and online eRental if you want to skip the counter.
