About Public Storage

Reviews land at 4.8 stars across 380 Google ratings, and the staff gets most of the credit. Reviewers call out Ashley, Shari, Melissa and Marcia by name for walking them through the lease, answering questions, and helping with unit transfers when they wanted a bigger space. One person said the rental process was painless. Another moved out and still praised how the exit was handled. Not every reviewer is a fan. A couple of people complained about the sloped driveways being rough on moving vans and about items left outside a unit. Worth reading through the recent reviews yourself before you commit.
