About Public Storage
Public Storage on the Lexington side runs a self-storage lot that also takes RVs and boats. You get covered, indoor and outdoor options, a gated entry with keypad access, and the lights stay on so you are not fumbling in the dark. The property is open 24/7, and there is drive-up access too. The reviews land at 4.8 across 610 of them, and a good chunk of that praise goes to the staff. Folks name Kathy and Nikki by name, call them sweet and knowledgeable, and say they walked them through unit choices until they found the right fit. People also mention the office being clean and the rental process going smooth. Not every review is glowing. One long-term renter had trouble reaching anyone by phone or chat and said the office was often empty. Another noted a step-up at the unit that makes loading heavy boxes harder without a dolly, though they figured it keeps water out. Worth knowing before you book.
