About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Los Angeles and handles more than boxes. RV, boat and car storage are on the list, with covered, indoor and outdoor options. The lot is gated and lit, and there is a wheelchair accessible entrance and parking area. Online rental lets you skip the counter and go straight to your space. Reservations are free with no commitment. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Gina, Deeann, Elli, Danny and Chelsea come up by name, and people describe them as kind, patient and quick to help. One person mentions the app making doors easy to open. Another had a unit for over three years and called the location secure, though they did flag the price as high. The rating sits at 4.8 across 676 reviews, which is a lot of feedback for a storage spot. Most of it is about how the rental process goes. People say the signing up is fast and the explanations are clear. If you are parking a rig and want a clean, gated place with a team that answers questions, this is worth a look.
