About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Los Angeles and holds a 4.8 rating across 319 Google reviews. Reviewers often bring up the clean facility and the staff, naming Charles, Stella and Deanna for walking them through unit sizes, lock changes and questions. Several call the process smooth. The units here are inside, elevator access, with swing or rollup doors. Sizes run from small 5x5 up to medium 10x10, and some sit near the door or elevator. Reserving online is free with no commitment, and eRental lets you skip the counter. Not every review is glowing. Some mention flooding and belongings left on wet floors, and others describe an elevator out of service for months with calls going unanswered. The fees come up too. Worth reading the recent ones before you sign. Wheelchair accessible entrance and parking lot.
