About Public Storage
This is a Public Storage location in Louisville that handles RVs, boats and cars along with regular household storage. You get covered, indoor and outdoor options, a gated lot with keypad entry, and access any time of day or night. There is an on-site manager and drive-up access, so you can pull the rig right to your space. The reviews lean heavily on the staff. Sandie comes up by name again and again, described as friendly, patient and good at explaining how the units and services work. People also mention how quick and efficient the sign-up is. Several say they finished a reservation in person rather than online because the help was that good. The eRental option gets mentioned a lot too. You can book online, skip the counter and go straight to your unit. One reviewer stored their things for a year with no problems, just some dust. Another left a note of thanks for the property overall.
