About Public Storage
This Public Storage on the Memphis side runs a gated facility with 24/7 access, and reviewers keep bringing up two things: the gate and the staff. One person said the gated setup made them feel safe leaving their things there. Another got walked through the app and gate entry in person after renting. The staff gets named a lot, especially Tawauna and Sherrod. Reviewers call them professional, friendly and quick to respond. One story sticks out: an employee noticed a lock wasn't seated right and called the renter right away to come back and fix it. RV and boat owners have outdoor spots to work with, including drive-up parking and enclosed 10x30 bays with bay or rollup doors. Online rental is an option if you'd rather skip the counter. Reserve ahead so you know which spot fits your rig.
