About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Memphis and covers the bases for rig owners: covered, indoor and outdoor spots, plus boat and car storage. The property is gated with keypad and electronic gate access, and you can get in around the clock. Drive up access makes loading and unloading less of a project. The rating sits at 4.8 across 445 Google reviews, and the front office gets most of the praise. Reviewers name Johnny, Jessica, Keke, Rod, Rita and Sherita by name, calling them patient and helpful. One person said staff walked them through the process without unnecessary upsizing. Others mention a secure property and easy payment. Not everything is glowing. Some reviews bring up rats, and a few mention billing issues. Read those before you sign anything. If you want to skip the counter, online eRental is an option when you move in.
