About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Miami and handles more than boxes. The listings mention covered, indoor and outdoor storage, plus boat and RV parking and car storage. Access is gated and keypad-controlled, the lot is lit, and you can get in any hour of the day. Reviews land at 4.9 stars across 491 Google ratings, and a lot of them name Octavio. People describe him as courteous and attentive, patient with questions, and good at walking you through the rental process. One renter who lost half a house to an electrical fire said he made a stressful move easy. Others call the process smooth and the facility clean and well-maintained. Not every review is warm. One former tenant said the rate went up without notice and that calls to the manager went unanswered. Worth knowing before you sign. Online rental lets you skip the counter, and there is an on-site manager.
