About U-Haul Trailer Hitch Super Center of Doral

This is a U-Haul trailer and hitch center on the Medley side of Doral, and it also shows up as an RV storage and self-storage spot. So you get hitches, trailer rentals, moving supplies and storage in one place. It is not open around the clock. Reviews are mixed. The 3.2 rating across 49 reviews tracks with what people describe: long waits at the counter, one person working the register, and a hitch install that got rescheduled because the part was not in stock. A few reviewers call out staff by name and praise the service they got, including one who said a manager sorted out a trailer hitch light problem fast. If you are storing a rig here, the practical read is to call ahead and confirm what is actually available before you drive over. The folks behind the counter seem to be trying; the complaints are mostly about lines and staffing.
