About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Miamisburg, Ohio, and it handles more than just household goods. The listing includes large parking plus unit sizes ranging from 5x5 up to 10x30, so there is room for an RV or a boat alongside the usual boxes and furniture. Online eRental lets you skip the counter and head straight to your space when you move in. The reviews land at 4.5 stars across 245 ratings, and staff names come up often. Eric and Rob get praised for patience and for sorting out problems for people renting from out of state. Crystal gets a nod for being polite and going out of her way. Several reviewers call the property clean and well maintained. Not every review is warm. One renter complained about a big rate increase after a few months of on-time auto-pay, and another had trouble reaching staff by phone and found the office empty during posted hours. Worth knowing before you sign. The property has a wheelchair accessible entrance and parking lot.
