About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Moorpark and rents indoor units, including climate-controlled spaces. Sizes run from small 5x5 up to a large 10x30 with drive-up access. Some units are on the ground floor, others are reached by elevator, so ask which fits your rig when you reserve. Reviewers bring up the staff more than anything else, and Katie by name. People describe her as knowledgeable and patient, and say she answers questions and walks them through the rental without a rush. Several mention the property staying clean. The negative reviews are worth reading too. One renter complained about being charged administrative costs on a unit they never used, and another tracked a rate increase after moving in. Availability, quick setup, and a safe feel come up in the positive ones. Reserving online is free and you can use the eRental option to skip the counter.
