About Public Storage
Public Storage on a Mountain View lot rents self-storage and automobile, boat, and RV spaces. It's gated with 24-hour access, and the office has hours if you need to talk to someone. The category list includes RV storage, but the listed unit sizes top out at 10x10, so call ahead about vehicle fits. Reviewers often mention the staff by name, especially Destiny and James, for being patient and knowing the property. Carts come up a lot too, though one reviewer found the lone cart old and broken. The location works for people moving in or out of the area. Not every review is warm. One person reported a burglary and said the gate app didn't work, plus a dirty unit with leftover items. Another struggled to reach anyone about a claim. Ratings sit at 4.8 from 166 reviews, so most experiences land well. Ask about gate access and unit condition before you sign.
