About Stoway Mini-Storage
Stoway Mini-Storage sits on Wyandotte St off Rengstorff Ave, near Wyandotte Park in Mountain View. It's a small facility, and reviewers call it cute and secure. One tenant of a couple years said the prices were the best they found in the area. The office staff come up often in reviews. People name Jessica as friendly and quick to follow up after an online booking. Others describe a fast rental process, with the manager walking them through a unit's condition before signing. Another reviewer summed it up as easy, quick, fairly priced and efficient. Not every review is glowing. One tenant said the outfit is slow to respond to repair requests, citing a damaged door seal that went months without a proper fix. If you're comparing spots, that's worth weighing against the low prices and helpful front desk.

“We used Stoway for a couple of years before moving out of the area, and they were fantastic! Super easy to get set up, and the prices were the best I found in the area.” – Claire G., 9 months ago, on Google
“Fine, inexpensive storage in general. However, not very responsive to requests. For example, the rubber at the bottom of the rolling door to my unit is a hole. I asked to replace or repair it about 6 months ago.” – Anton R., 9 months ago, on Google
