About Public Storage
On Washington Street in New Orleans, this Public Storage handles RVs, boats, and everyday vehicles with outdoor drive-up spaces and enclosed outdoor units. If you need to keep things climate-controlled, there are indoor units in a range of sizes, some with elevator access and rollup doors. Reviewers keep mentioning the staff. Jeanette and Toby come up by name for being helpful and patient, and people say the facility is clean and easy to get into. The 4.8 rating from 576 reviews backs that up. Not every review is glowing, though. One person complained about a surprise charge and lease renewal terms, and another had a rough weekend when the power went out and they couldn't reach anyone. Access is 24/7, and you can rent online to skip the counter. The location is wheelchair accessible. If you want a straightforward spot to park your rig or store your stuff, this one is worth a look.
