About Mini Mall Storage - New Orleans
Mini Mall Storage on the edge of the Lower Garden District and the highway gives you an easy in-and-out no matter where you're coming from. The place runs on an app: you open the gate and call the elevator from your phone, and reviews mention keyless entry and digital locks as a plus. Staff like Jill and Troi come up often in reviews, with people saying they're patient and walk you to your unit. Units come in covered, indoor, and outdoor options, and some are temperature controlled. Boat storage is available too. Reviewers call the facility spotless and say the sizes are decent. One person noted a disappointing interaction with an employee, but most praise the welcoming atmosphere. You can rent online or in person, and the office sells boxes and packing supplies. The site is wheelchair accessible and LGBTQ+ friendly. If you need a hand getting set up, the front desk will help you download the app and show you where to go.
