About Public Storage
This Public Storage in Norcross handles RVs, boats, and cars along with regular self-storage. You can pick covered, indoor, or outdoor parking depending on what you need. The place is gated and lit, and you get 24/7 access with a keypad, so you're not tied to office hours. Reviewers keep bringing up the staff, especially Judy and Michelle. People say they're patient, kind, and really know their stuff. One person mentioned getting a tour and having every question answered. Another called the process smooth and the explanations clear. The facility itself gets called clean and safe, though one reviewer did have a bad experience with rodents in an indoor unit. With a 4.6 rating from nearly 400 reviews, it's clearly doing something right. Rates come up now and then, but most folks focus on the service.
