About Ark Self Storage
On Atlantic Boulevard in Norcross, this is a ground-level facility where you pull right up to your unit to load and unload. No ramps, no elevators, no hauling gear across a lot. Oversized vehicle storage is available for boats, trailers, RVs, and similar rigs, so yours can sit here instead of in the driveway. Access runs 24/7. Packing and moving supplies are sold on site, and you can rent online. Reviewers keep bringing up Jennifer by name. The manager comes across as friendly, professional, and willing to walk people through the unit options. One long-term renter of several years says things improved noticeably once she arrived. Others mention feeling good about leaving valuables there. The rating sits at 4.2 from 43 Google reviews, and it is not all praise. One reviewer describes being billed after moving out and a dispute over a lock on the unit. Worth reading the reviews yourself before you commit. If you do call or stop in, ask for Jennifer.
