About Public Storage

This Public Storage sits in North Richland Hills, and the lot handles more than boxes. The largest outdoor units are 10x30 with drive-up access, rollup doors and room for a boat or vehicle. If you want your rig out of the weather, the indoor 10x15, 10x20 and 10x30 units are climate controlled and on the ground floor. Reviews run warm on the staff. Barbara gets named often for knowing unit sizes and walking people through the process. Glenn comes up too, described as kind and helpful during rentals. The facility reads as clean and well kept, and the gate and lockers draw a mention or two. Not every review is a good one. A couple of renters report rats, water damage inside units and bugs, plus complaints about how management handled it. Worth reading those before you sign. The company says it has been at this nearly 50 years. Reservations are free with no commitment, and there is an online eRental option if you want to skip the counter.
