About Public Storage

Public Storage on Landing Court in Novato handles RVs, boats, cars, and regular household goods. They have covered, indoor, and outdoor spots, plus drive-up access so you can pull straight in. The place is gated with keypad entry and lit, and you can get to your rig 24/7. Reviewers keep mentioning Josephine by name. She's the one who walks new renters through the paperwork, answers questions, and makes the process feel easy. Anselmo gets shout-outs too, especially for helping someone lock down covered parking for a classic car. People also talk about the unit sizes, the discounts, and how clean the facility is. One reviewer called it the cleanest in Marin County, though they admitted prices run a little high. The online reservation process gets good marks, and there's an app for gate access. A few folks had trouble with the app logging them out, but the website worked fine. If you want a straightforward spot with staff who actually pick up the phone, this is worth a look.
