Public Storage

About Public Storage

This Oakland Public Storage sits on the self-storage side of things but handles RV and boat parking too, including a 10x30 outside unit with a rollup door and drive-up access. Smaller inside units are available if you just need a place for gear. The property is wheelchair accessible, and the office keeps regular hours rather than round-the-clock access. Reviewers keep bringing up Ashley, the on-site manager. They describe her as patient, informative, and quick to answer questions, and several mention she walked them to their unit to check it was clean. Others call the facility spotless and the lock system easy to use. One reviewer used it for two years to manage four households' worth of stuff and said the process went as simply as possible. Another noted a refund after moving out within 30 days. The place has a 4.8 rating across 361 reviews, so people are clearly saying good things.
