About Public Storage
Public Storage on Olympia's west side runs a tight ship. The place is clean and well cared for, and staff members like Kim and Evin get named in reviews for being helpful and quick to answer questions. The rental process can be set up online, and reviewers mention it goes fast. The property is gated and open 24/7 with a gate code. There's an elevator, but some units sit a fair walk from it, so keep that in mind if you're hauling heavy gear. Indoor units are climate controlled, and some come with drive-up access. One thing several reviewers flag: rent can go up, and at least one person saw a big jump after a couple of months. Read the contract. If you want a clean, well-run spot with easy access and staff who know their stuff, this one earns its high rating.
