About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits on Geneva Road in Orem and handles both indoor units and outdoor drive-up parking, including room for RVs, trailers, and boats. Outdoor spots are uncovered with drive-up access, so you pull in and park. Indoor units come climate controlled with rollup doors, and some sit near a door or elevator. Reviewers keep bringing up Dustin, the property manager, and Abbi at the counter. People say they explain the process, help sort out which size fits, and work around problems like a moving truck too big for the original spot. The units get called clean and well maintained, and access is described as easy. One long-term renter notes it is not the cheapest place around but likes that there are never issues. The facility is open 24/7. Paperwork and setup come up as quick, and reserving online is free with no commitment. You can also use the eRental option to skip the counter and go straight to your unit.
