About Bear River Storage
Bear River Storage sits in Provo and runs a large facility with over 365 units, from small 5x5 lockers up to 20x50 spaces for bigger rigs and vehicles. Units are climate controlled, the grounds are under 24/7 surveillance, and each unit has its own security. U-Haul rentals and mailbox rentals are also on site. Reviewers keep coming back to how clean the place is. Several mention mouse prevention in the units. Others say the staff are kind and easy to work with, and one customer of eight years called the communication clear and timely. A few note the gate hours and easy access to any unit, and at least one person mentioned the owners live on the property. One reviewer told the story of the U-Haul truck share failing after hours: the manager, Kristi, came back after closing, opened the office and helped sort out the problem. That kind of thing shows up more than once in the reviews. It's a 4.6-star spot across 139 Google reviews. Worth a call if you need a spot in Provo.
