About Public Storage

Public Storage runs a self-storage and vehicle storage lot in Orlando, and the reviews put it at 4.8 stars across 634 of them. You can park an RV, boat or car here, with covered, indoor and outdoor options listed. The gate is electronic and keypad controlled, and the property is lit and open around the clock. Staff come up again and again in the reviews. Maridys gets named for walking people through unit sizes and prices and making the rental easy. Shannon gets credit for a quick, painless sign-up. Daya helped one customer sweep out and close a unit on move-out day, and Rhonda spent time on the phone explaining details before a reservation. Not every review is glowing. One person tried twice to rent and found no one in the office during posted hours, then reached an overseas answering service instead. There is an on-site manager, drive-up access and a moving supply store. Online eRental lets you skip the counter and go straight to your unit. The lot is wheelchair accessible for entry and parking. Reserving a space is free with no commitment required.
