About SmartStop Self Storage
SmartStop Self Storage on Orlando's south side runs a big operation: 696 units, plus room for RVs. It sits about two miles from the Central Florida Greeneway and under six miles from Orlando International Airport, so it's an easy stop before a flight or after a long haul. The Google rating is 4.8 from 905 reviews, and the pattern in them is consistent. Reviewers call out staff by name, Robert and Jenn among them, for knowing unit sizes and walking through the paperwork. Several mention discounts and a quick rental process. Cleanliness comes up often too. Not every review is glowing. One customer found doors that wouldn't close and signs of rodents in a temperature-controlled unit, and a district manager later stepped in. An auction buyer also complained about payment timing. Worth reading the full reviews yourself before you commit.
