About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Philadelphia and rents units in a range of sizes, from small 5x10 lockers to large 10x25 drive-up spaces. Some units are outside with rollup doors and drive-up access, which suits rigs you want to pull straight in. Others are inside, some with elevator access and climate control. Access runs 24/7, so you aren't locked into a narrow window to get to your stuff. The place scores 4.6 across 423 Google reviews, and the staff come up again and again. Reviewers name James specifically, calling him helpful and easy to work with, and more than one says the rental process went smoothly. Friendly, responsive staff is the theme. A few reviewers mention having trouble finding their unit because signage was thin in one section, so ask for directions at the counter. Others note the location felt clean and safe to access. Reserving online is free with no commitment, and there's an eRental option if you'd rather skip the counter.
