About Public Storage
This Public Storage in Philadelphia offers climate-controlled indoor units in sizes like 10x15 and 10x20. Some are on the ground floor, others are accessible by elevator. It's a self-storage facility, and the same location also handles vehicle storage. Reviewers often mention Sierra, the property manager, by name. They describe her as helpful and say she gives thorough tours. The facility gets consistent praise for being clean and secure, and staff are called polite and informative. One reviewer appreciated that move-out was handled smoothly. Not every review is positive: one person complained about closed restrooms and another about mice, so it's worth reading the full reviews yourself. Reserving a unit is free and there's an online eRental option if you want to skip the counter. The company says it's been giving personal attention for nearly 50 years. The office has set hours and isn't open 24/7. The entrance and parking lot are wheelchair accessible.
