About Public Storage
This Public Storage on 19th Ave and Union Hills handles more than household clutter. Renters here store RVs, boats and cars in covered, indoor or outdoor spaces, and the gates use keypad and electronic access. The property is lit, an on site manager is around, and access runs 24/7. Reviews land at 4.7 across 527 of them, and the staff comes up more than anything else. People name Elle and Taylor in their write ups, describing them as helpful and polite, quick to sort out a mix up with a unit or an unexpected charge. One reviewer reserved an RV bay elsewhere, found the doors didn't fit the rig, and got moved here instead. Others mention clean units and a rental process that went quickly, some of it electronic. A few warn that moving out on the 1st or 2nd still brings a full month's charge, so read the move-out terms before you sign.
