Public Storage, 1919 W 15th St

About Public Storage

This Public Storage on 15th Street in Plano offers both indoor and outdoor storage for RVs, boats, and vehicles. Outdoor spots come with drive-up access, so you can pull right up to your unit. Some units are climate controlled, which helps in Texas heat. Reviewers often mention the staff, especially Thomas, who is called courteous and helpful. One customer said the units are safe and secure. Security got praise too: someone left the gate open and the team let them know the same day. Online renting went smoothly for another reviewer, who did everything on a Sunday without talking to anyone. There are trade-offs. A recent review noted staffing problems and unanswered calls. But many describe the facility as clean and the experience as painless. If you want a straightforward place with drive-up access and good security, this is worth a look.
