About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits on Hedgecoxe Road in Plano, near the Custer Road intersection. It covers the usual self-storage ground plus room for rigs: the larger outside units have drive-up access, and one 10x25 is set up for a boat or vehicle. Smaller inside units are climate controlled with elevator access. The gate is open around the clock, so you can get to your stuff on your own schedule. Reviews lean heavily on the staff. Pat comes up again and again for being helpful and friendly and for keeping the property clean. Vanessa gets credit for walking people through the paperwork and the gate code. Others mention the automated rental process and clear instructions. The fee comes up in reviews too, so ask what it runs before you sign. Plenty of reviewers reserved online and moved in without much back and forth.
