About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on Custer Rd in Frisco handles more than just household goods. The facility offers vehicle storage alongside standard units, and reviewers often mention the place is clean and well maintained. One noted it even smells good. The staff gets a lot of credit. People call out manager Hannah by name for being kind and patient, and Mike for working out a payment plan when a customer fell behind. Cody walked a pair of walk-ins through the whole rental in under 15 minutes. Rates come up often, and most folks call them fair, though one reviewer warned that the monthly price can jump after a couple of months. Keep an eye on that. It sits near Custer Rd and Collin McKinney Pkwy, so it pulls from Allen and Hunters Creek too. The property uses an app for access, and several reviews describe the move-in process as quick and easy.
