About Public Storage
This Raleigh Public Storage sits on the self-storage side of things, but the lot takes RVs, boats and other vehicles too. You can park outside on uncovered drive-up space or rent an enclosed bay with a roll-up door. The smaller climate controlled units are inside, if you need room-temperature storage for other gear. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Teresa and Trisa get named for patience and for answering questions without rushing anyone. One reviewer said the manager lowered their anxiety about picking the right space. Others call the place clean and well managed. Not every review is glowing. One renter said the climate control did not hold up through summer and winter, and mentioned a leak and a price increase after signing. Worth reading the contract closely. The property is open 24/7, and the entrance and parking lot are wheelchair accessible. People also mention easy in and out and an easy move.
