About Public Storage
Public Storage on Raleigh keeps a 4.8 rating across 520 Google reviews, and the names that come up most are Candy, Jessica, and Desire. Reviewers describe them as patient with questions and thorough about explaining unit options. One renter said the process felt easy and stress-free. The unit mix runs small to large, including 5x5 and 5x10 climate controlled inside units, plus 10x10 and 10x15 drive-up spaces with rollup doors. Ground floor and elevator access options are both listed. Access is 24/7, and the property has wheelchair accessible entrance and parking. Not every review is glowing. One longtime renter said the grounds are sometimes not clean and that they no longer feel as safe coming to their unit as they once did. Others mention a move-in mix-up with the elevator buttons that took a manager visit to sort out. Worth reading the recent reviews yourself before you commit.
