About Public Storage
Public Storage on this stretch of Richland Hills runs drive-up units with roll-up doors, from 5x10 up to 10x30. You can pull right up to the door, which makes loading and unloading easier than hauling gear down a hallway. The office handles both self-storage and vehicle storage. Reviewers keep bringing up Latricia, the property manager. They describe her as friendly, helpful, and quick to answer questions. One person moved from a 10x10 to a 10x20 and said the transfer was smooth. Others mention the clean office and the relaxed feel when they came in to rent. Not every review is glowing. One customer complained about not being able to reach the facility by phone and said the rent went up sharply. It's worth asking about access and payment policies before you sign. The facility is wheelchair accessible, with a wheelchair accessible parking lot.
