About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Richmond and runs as a self-storage spot that also takes RVs, boats, and cars. The gate is open 24/7, so you can get to your rig on your own schedule. Indoor units are among the options, and the lot is wheelchair accessible with accessible parking. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Shasta, the on-site manager, gets named a lot for being friendly, patient, and willing to walk people through the rental process. Sherry draws similar notes for communication and quick responses. One renter said their things stayed dry through heavy winter rain, and others describe the place as clean and secure. The office also carries moving supplies, and you can start a rental online if you would rather skip the counter. With a 4.8 rating across 262 Google reviews, most of the feedback lands on the people running the place.
