About Public Storage
This Public Storage in Richmond handles RVs along with cars and boats. You get covered, indoor, or outdoor spots, and the gate uses keypad entry. Access is 24/7, and the lot is lit. Reviewers keep mentioning the staff. Sherri, Shasta, and Jarrel come up by name for being personable and sorting out problems fast, whether it's a last-minute unit swap or a lock left behind. People also say the place stays clean and feels secure. One reviewer called the unit clutch for a short-term stay, and another has used Public Storage on and off for 30 years. The 4.9 rating across 506 reviews backs that up. Online rental lets you skip the counter, and there's an on-site manager.
