About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Richmond, Texas and rents climate-controlled units from small 5x5s up to 10x20s. Some are inside on the first floor, others are upstairs and reached by elevator. Access is 24/7, and the site is wheelchair accessible. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Helpful gets mentioned over and over, and a few people named Theresa for answering questions and knowing the units well. Others describe renting and moving in as smooth and painless, and one liked being able to reserve online without committing. Not every review is kind. A few complain about elevators and access doors out for days, and one about carts missing or broken. Another mentions rats and stuff getting ruined. It's worth reading the recent ones before you book, but most of the 299 reviews land positive.
