About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Roanoke with climate-controlled indoor units in sizes from 5x5 up to 10x30. Some are on the ground floor with rollup doors, others are elevator-access. Access is 24/7, and the property is wheelchair accessible. Reviewers often mention Douglas and Chris by name, saying they're helpful and professional. The rental process gets called easy, and online reservations work for some. But not everyone is happy: one reviewer flagged a big gap between the advertised price and what they were actually charged, and another had trouble with gate codes and carts. It's a self-storage facility that also lists automobile, boat, and RV storage. If you need a climate-controlled indoor bay, this is one option to check. Just confirm the current rate before you sign.

What renters mention
“Space is well maintianed and staff have been helpful and friendly. I’m concerned about the large difference between the pricing advertised on the website and what I am actually being charged.” – Sanguine R., a month ago, on Google
“My friend got a storage unit and I was helping her bring some stuff in. We had to go and bother the man at the front desk named Douglas. A few times. He always held an outstanding level of professionalism.” – Heather J., 5 months ago, on Google
“WOW! I thought "Great Customer Service" was a thing of the past, not with Douglas behind the counter. Mr Douglas is most kind, helpful and really knows the storage business.” – Bernadette C., 5 months ago, on Google
