About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits on E Gude Drive in Rockville and rents indoor units, some climate controlled, along with a large outside space with drive-up access for vehicle parking. If you're figuring out where the rig goes, that drive-up spot is the one to ask about. Reviewers mostly talk about the people at the counter. One woman said the staff member walked her through unit sizes and security clearly and put her at ease. Another called the attendant helpful and professional and said the visit went smoothly. A long-term renter pointed out one employee keeps the hallways clean. Not every review is kind. One customer called an employee rude and said he got wrong information. With 472 Google reviews and a 4.8 rating, the feedback leans positive. The facility is open 24/7, offers online rental so you can skip the counter, and has wheelchair accessible parking and entrance.
