About Self Storage Plus
Self Storage Plus on Paramount Drive in Rockville offers covered parking for vehicles along with traditional storage units. The facility is gated and has cameras, and 24/7 access is available. It's just off MD-355, near Absolute Electronix, Golden Bakery & Market, and Charlie's Pizza & Subs. Reviews are mixed. Some customers praise the staff, with one mentioning Tasha helped pick a unit size and another noting compassion during a difficult time. Others mention low prices. But several reviewers describe the property as rundown, with trash around and cars blocking the lot. A few complain about unanswered calls and emails, and one says the office wasn't staffed during posted hours. If you're considering parking an RV here, the covered spots and security features are a plus. The 3.7-star rating from 29 reviews suggests it's worth a look, but check recent conditions and confirm office hours before you commit.
