About Public Storage

This Sacramento Public Storage handles more than household clutter. The listings include indoor units and uncovered outdoor parking with drive-up access, so there is room for an RV or a boat alongside the regular storage. Climate controlled indoor options are on the menu too, and the property is open 24/7. Reviews lean heavily on the people. Out of 698 Google reviews the place sits at 4.8, and renters keep bringing up the staff by name. They describe employees as polite and patient, quick with explanations, and willing to walk through billing questions. Alicia in particular shows up in several reviews as helpful and generous with her time. One reviewer said the process was fast and easy, another called the facility clean. Elevator access turns up in the reviews, along with notes about unit selection help and staff holding a space while paperwork cleared. The property has a wheelchair accessible entrance and parking lot. Online rental lets you skip the counter.
