About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in San Francisco and rents indoor units, including climate controlled ones on upper floors reached by elevator. Sizes run from 5x15 up to 10x30, with some ground floor options. Online rental lets you skip the counter. Reviews land at 4.4 from 408 ratings, and staff come up often. Reviewers describe Tee and onsite manager Mao as friendly and helpful, and one mentions an employee who tracked down a cart in the lot. The building reads clean and safe in several reviews. The elevator is the recurring complaint. Reviewers say it breaks or is out of service, sometimes leaving them to haul things across the building. Two also mention no cell service inside, so the app can stall on doors and elevators. Worth knowing before you book an upper floor.
